Text Sentiment Analysis

Massive amounts of user-generated content on the web today have created the need for corporations to track their brand image in the marketplace.  Major brands and products get mentioned thousands of times each day in many different languages.  Gauging the sentiment of what is being written about a particular product can provide critical information for branding and marketing departments.  Automatic tools are being developed by several companies to find, capture, and categorize web content (blogs, twitter, user comments, etc).  Even with these tools, however, there is no substitute for human input, which is useful both for training, for verifying, and - in some cases - for completing the job directly. txteagle can deliver text directly to our workers and have them to categorize the content sentiment with respect to a brand or concept.
