Matching Algorithms

In order to be competitive with alternate approaches to task completion – such as traditional outsourcing – it is critical we utilize our workers efficiently.  We have developed mathematical models for matching different types and difficulties of tasks to our workers’ abilities and skills.  This ensures that jobs are directed to the best available workers for the problem at hand.  By correctly matching jobs to workers, we increase efficiency, decrease delivery time, and reward our most reliable workers with the highest-value assignments.
